All volunteers of the school and parish, those who work or have contact with children, will need to complete this training PRIOR to working with our children. Examples of people who need to complete this are, but not limited to, athletic coaches, field trip chaperones, classroom/library assistants, picture person volunteers, cafeteria helpers, concession workers, admissions table, etc.
You can complete this workshop online at https://cmgconnect.org . Click on the online training hub, find your diocese (Peoria), set-up an account, complete Safe Environment Training. Please select for the criminal background check, print and upload the CANTS form and Volunteer Code of Conduct form as these are also required. If you cannot upload the forms yourself you can turn them into the school office and they will upload them for you. You will see a certificate once you have successfully completed this course. If you have previously completed this course then it will show as completed when you log in.
Once the Safe Environment Class, background check, CANTS form and Volunteer Code of Conduct forms are all complete then you are able to volunteer at the school.
